Hi there – my name is Nik Bishop, founder of the Learning Deck and the Synnovate Suite, and I’ve spent the past three decades leading top class schools around the world.   I’ve been leading accreditation visits and served on numerous educational boards.

I’ve written books and developed educational systems for schools and I’ve  learned a lot along this incredible journey.  Top of the list is the complexity of school leadership, how difficult it is to shape culture within a school and how important it is to get “everyone on the bus.”

I want to be able to share my insight and accumulated strategies for success with teachers, leaders  and boards and that’s why I have designed the Learning Deck concept.
