What Is a System Visibility Workshop?

A System Visibility Workshop is a structured diagnostic session designed to help boards and leadership teams:

  • Distinguish signal from noise

  • Clarify what is structural versus situational

  • Make visible the trade-offs already shaping decisions

The session doesn’t introduce another framework. It reveals what your system is already optimising – intentionally or unintentionally.
