Refund & Returns Policy

Our commitment

We want you to be completely happy with your Learning Deck purchase. If something isn't right - whether the product arrived damaged, isn't what you expected, or simply doesn't work for your context - we'll sort it out.

30-day return window

You can return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The product should be in reasonable condition - we understand you'll want to open it and look through the cards, and that's absolutely fine.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we'll send a replacement at no cost. Just email us with a photo of the issue and we'll get a new set to you as quickly as possible. You don't need to return the damaged product.

Wrong item received

If we've sent you the wrong product, let us know and we'll ship the correct item straight away. We'll arrange collection of the incorrect item or ask you to post it back - either way, we'll cover the cost.

How to request a return or refund

Email us at info@learning-deck.com with:

  • Your order number or the email address you used when ordering
  • Which product you'd like to return
  • The reason for the return (this helps us improve)

We'll respond within 2 working days with instructions on how to send the item back.

Return shipping

For returns within the EU, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable return postage costs. For returns from outside the EU, we'll work with you to find the most practical solution.

Refund processing

Once we've received your return (or confirmed a damaged/defective item), we'll process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 working days to appear on your statement.

Bulk and school orders

If you've placed a bulk order for your school or organisation, the same policy applies. For large returns, please get in touch so we can arrange collection rather than asking you to ship everything back yourself.

EU consumer rights

If you're in the EU, you have a legal right to cancel any online purchase within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU). This is separate from our 30-day return policy, which gives you additional time beyond the statutory minimum. You don't need to give a reason for cancellation within the 14-day statutory period.
